Arcachon - France



This is an exercise that I did, taking a Keiko Tanabe's watercolour as a model.
Thank you Keiko for allowing me to display this painting on my blog.
Of course the model is much better. You can find it on Keiko Tanabe internet site.

I am taking the opportunity to encourage everyone to attend a workshop with Keiko. 
She is such a wonderful artist, sharing so well her passion!

    Philippe, congratulations, you did a wonderful job! The original painting of mine was a demo I did in my workshop in the U.S. I always enjoy meeting and painting with artists like you who share the same passion - watercolor painting! And thank you so much for your generous words about me. It was a pleasure having you in my workshop.

      Keiko, encouragements from you are very valuable. Your original painting on Arcachon is what I really like in watercolor. I am amazed by what you can achieve in the short time of a demo!
